Please know this email did not originate from us and please do not reply back with any documentation or respond to this request.
Community Living Society would at no point request any documentation without meeting with a candidate and ensuring formal consent to collect such documentation. Also note that there has been no breach of the Community Living Society’s records. All documents formally collected by the Community Living Society remain secure, as privacy is one of our upmost priorities.
